The map of the middle and west part of the Bayancol valley

legend (no legend – F5)

The approach to the route is in the beginning identical with the path to the Odinnadzaty pass (which finaly leads along the NE ridge of the Odinnadzaty peak) (dotted line). Another possible approach is across the Marble wall glacier along the root of  the N ridge of the Kazakhstan peak and across lower horizontal part of  the K-B glacier (dotted line). In the beginning of the NE rib is ice field with 45º. The second camp is possible to build in the altitude of 4400 (C2), 4800 (C2') or 5200 m (C2''). In descent it is possible to go down from the C2 to the K-B glacier. Then descent continues on it's left border or crosses it's upper horizontal part toward the lonely rib and then goes down along the middle of the glacier (dotted line). The map is incorrect - in the descent on the east slope is no snow and the end of the Marble wall glacier is now higher (year 2002).
